At TowKart, we strive to deliver reliable and timely towing and roadside assistance services. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund may be necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully:
1. Eligibility for Refund
If a booking is canceled by the user within the allowed cancellation window (2 minutes), a full refund will be processed.
If our service provider fails to reach the pickup location within 45 minutes of confirmed booking and you choose to cancel, you are eligible for a full refund.
If service is not delivered due to TowKart’s fault or technical issues, a 100% refund will be initiated.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided if service has already been delivered or partially completed.
Inaccurate pickup location shared by the user leading to service denial is non-refundable.
Delay due to heavy traffic, rain, or government restrictions may not be considered for refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the incident at support@towkart.in or call our helpline. Include your booking ID, reason for refund, and relevant screenshots if applicable.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment (UPI/card/wallet).
