Our towing and roadside assistance services are available in designated service areas. The service is subject to availability of nearby providers and the condition of your vehicle and surroundings.
All bookings are confirmed through the TowKart app. Users must provide accurate pickup and drop location information. A booking is only considered confirmed when the customer receives a confirmation notification or SMS.
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments can be made online through the app using UPI, credit/debit cards, or other supported modes. In some cases, cash on delivery may be available.
Cancellations are allowed within 2 minutes of placing a booking. After that, a cancellation fee may be applicable. The cancellation policy may vary based on the location and service type.
TowKart acts as an intermediary connecting users with service providers. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage to your vehicle unless it is proven to be caused by negligence of our assigned partner.
TowKart reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and effective immediately upon publishing.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
